How do I transfer my tickets?

If transfers are available for your event, please follow the process below.

Transferring your tickets to a New Participant:

1.  Log in to your EventSprout account.

2.  Once logged into your account, you will see all of your upcoming events. Find the specific registration you want to transfer & click on the View Order button to the right.

  • If someone else purchased your ticket for you, that buyer will have to login to EventSprout under their email address to complete the transfer for you. If you are transferring your own registration that you purchased with your email address, follow the steps below!

4.  Click the Transfer Ticket button to the right of the name of the ticket you want to transfer.

5.  Enter the New Participant’s email address.

6.  Click on the green Submit button at the bottom of the page.

7.  The new participant receive an email from EventSprout and have 96 hours to "accept" the ticket transfer.
