2023 ticket holders (Box - Private Season and Public Daily only, Checkered Flag Club, Chairman's, Grandstand) will receive an email with a link to Renew. Click on the link, and it will take you to the event information page. Click the “Buy Tickets” button and you will be redirected to a cart generated specific to you.
*Please note that once you click Checkout, your tickets are now "reserved" for 20 minutes. If you exit the cart and come back within that time, you will not be able to complete your purchase and will need to wait 20 minutes to try again.

You can choose to make changes to your order, add more tickets or proceed without any changes.
To change your order - For example: You have Saturday tickets and would prefer to go on another day.
Select the item you currently have from the list located on the left side. You may need to follow a path to get to your specific Item. You’ll note the cart quantity is filled in. Change that selection to Zero and it will be removed from the Cart. Select the dropdown to increase/decrease the quantity of tickets.
To make additional changes you can toggle between the cart and ticket selection by selecting the All Tickets link. Please do not use your browser's back arrow button. You will only see this path once you have selected an item from the left. If you have no changes, click Checkout and follow the prompts.
To change your reserved seats or add more reserved seats to your order:
To change your order (Assigned/Reserved seats) follow the same steps as above but when you get to the dropdown, it will display Choose Seats. Click "Choose Seats" and a map will display (this may take a few seconds to load). To view the individual seats, click into the sections. You can use the + and - buttons to zoom in and out. To release what you currently have, click the Reserved Seat or Box.
Colored seats are available. Grayed out seats have been sold or are unavailable and White means you have them selected.
Boxes - Private Boxes (Blue) MUST be purchased in a minimum of 10 and can go up to 15. To adjust the quantity, click the box to release it and then click it again and you will have a dropdown to indicate how many tickets you want for the box (between 10-15).
If the Private Box is Blue on the map, it is available to add to your order, again with a minimum of 10 tickets.
Public Boxes (Purple) are available as a single day ticket. They can be purchased in quantities from 1 to 15. The system will not allow more than 15 tickets to be purchased in a box for any 1 day.

When you have all items in your Cart, click the Checkout button to move to the customer information page. Enter your first and last name, email, phone number, and physical address.

Click the Continue to Charity box where you can click any of the 6 options to Donate OR Click Continue To Payment to Skip this step.
You will then be offered one more chance to Donate by rounding up the cents to a whole dollar:
Whether you click Continue (no round up) Or Round Up & Continue, you will see the Ticket Insurance Offer and the card info fields in the Cart:

You must select to either Decline or Opt In to the ticket insurance. This comes up in the cart as Registration Protector and is a separate charge from the ticket purchase.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Complete the payment information with card number, CVV (The 3-4 digits located in the signature panel on your card), expiration date and your billing zip code.
Click Continue to Review
Confirm all items in the cart are correct and you have no typos in your email.
Click Submit Order
A confirmation email from noreply@eventsprout.com should hitting your inbox shortly, so be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it within a couple of minutes. Search by the email above if you don't have it within 10 minutes. Premium Box purchasers will be mailed all items included in their package. Checkered Flag Club and Aces Club will receive an email with information on their specific purchases closer to the event.
Click View Your Tickets to open the mobile version of your tickets which should be saved to your mobile device PRIOR TO ARRIVING. Print Your Tickets will open in a pdf and you can download and save or print them out.
*The QR code must be scannable to gain entry to the event and seat locations/ticket type must be visible to gain access to any special ticketed area.
