How can I see if I purchased FanShield insurance for my ticket(s)?

  1. Login to your EventSprout account.
  2. Click “Edit Profile.”
  3. Select the order you’d like to review and click “View Order.”
  4. Under the “Insurance” section, you’ll either see the total amount you paid for insurance (this means you purchased insurance), or it will be blank if you did not purchase insurance.

In addition, you would have received a confirmation email from claims@fanshield.insure (for domestic fans) or support@fanshield.net (for international fans) shortly after your purchase.
